- Assist and contribute in all front-of-the-house operations including guest check-in and check-out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and room service.
- Handle and follow up guests’ requests, feedbacks, complaints or unusual situations to ensure their concerns have been sufficiently addressed and ensure superior guest service is delivered
- To create a warm and welcome environment for guests by pro-actively engaging and mingling with them in a witty and whimsical manner in addition to having a great sense of creativity.
